KKR’s Global Atlantic to Fund Chandra Asri’s $1 Billion Esso Buy

PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk has mandated KKR & Co.’s insurance business Global Atlantic to provide financing for its $1 billion acquisition of Esso-branded service stations in Singapore from Exxon Mobil Corp., according to people familiar with the matter.
